This morning for my ClickZ column I couldn't resist the temptation to reflect upon the relationship between parenting and consumer-generated media. The two, I argue, go hand in hand, and there's even research to support this...well beyond my own "focus group of one" exercise. Moreover, many brands are missing important opportunities to nurture and encourage CGM at such critical lifestage events. One critical place to start: parenting brand websites.
You stole my idea for a column! But you wrote it well and had a lot more data than I had. Thanks for sharing your perspective.
