Could also be called TwitTours, TwitTourism is the curious phenomenon whereby Twitter enthusiasts seek real-time travel tips and suggestions while on the road.  In some cases they are genuinely seeking guidance or advice; in other cases, they are looking to "advertise" their travels.  Whatever the motivation, TwitTourism is quite common on Twitter these days.

Twitternecking

This is the condition one sees on industry panels related to Twitter whereby the entire audience rarely looks up because they are all attempting to get their best twits in during the discussion.  I'm witnessing this right now at Blogworld.  #bwe08
