So far nearly 100 folks have cast votes for their favorite photos. A few clear winners are starting to emerge but we'll keep the ballot box open for another week. We've also received some encouraging feedback from folks who responded to our Mt. Adams Newsletter article. On other fronts, we added some wonderul new speakers to the coffee house, thanks to some excellent help from Ted McConnell.
I just wanted to provide some feedback on what I really like about Klatsch (and hope doesn't change). The Lattes are simply the best I've ever had. The price is right and the loyalty cards are a big plus. I like the contemporary atmosphere and enjoy having the option of sitting inside or out. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. That said, I appreciate the effort to improve business for Klatsch. I agree with you 100%, Mt. Adams needs a high quality coffee shop like Klatsch around.
PS - I just thought of one thing I'd like to see...more healthy food options(low fat cream cheese for the bagels would be nice).

The kaffee is good but boosting the “experience” in the shop with more comfortable seating areas, big leather chairs and some end tables would be great. Have music that plays all the time; sometimes it is not turned on. Like the Wi-Fi and outdoor seating, keep up the service!

The improvements to the Klatsch are great! I see more people than ever studying, talking and working. One thing I would make sure you have enough barista's. Some days I don't wait long at all others I wait 10 mins! I love the Klatsch but don't make me wait too long for my java.
