Tactics: Viral Sandbagging

E-mail can take on a life of is own, and if you are on the receiving end of an out-of-control e-mail wave, things can get ugly (and professionally damaging) faster than spam on steroids. Viral sandbagging is the practice of deflating or arresting snowballing e-mail flows…. usually with comments like “we’ve already covered this” or “the boss will freak if he hears about us talking this.”
