Great interview on marketing trends and word-of-mouth by Gary Stein, former Jupiter analyst who recently joined BuzzMetrics. Gary will be part of "Nielsen BuzzMetrics," the VNU/Nielsen entity that brings together Intelliseek, BuzzMetrics, and Trendum. I first met Gary while I was working in interactive marketing at P&G. He worked for a wonderfully innovative and breakthrough interactive marketing shop known as Red Sky Interactive (led by power thought-leader Tim Smith).
